Job Description

As the Head of Operations, India at the company, your primary role is to provide operational leadership, manage finances, ensure customer satisfaction, conduct risk management, and develop your team. You will be responsible for allocating duties, improving processes, minimizing operational costs, implementing digital solutions, maintaining a safe work environment, and managing service levels. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to drive new initiatives, support employee education on new processes, and ensure productivity targets are met. Key Responsibilities & Duties: - Allocate duties to Team Leaders and employees based on work requirements - Implement and monitor improvements to Repair Centre processes and facilities - Analyze procedures to minimize operational costs and enhance efficiencies - Lead digital solutions for continuous improvements - Ensure a safe work environment and drive WHS initiatives - Monitor and manage service levels for ongoing improvement - Manage process flows and performance matters in Service Repairs - Collaborate with other departments and project teams for new initiatives - Support employee education on new processes and systems - Drive innovations and efficiencies within the team - Ensure productivity targets are met and provide regular feedback to team members - Foster a high-performance culture and engagement within the Repair Services team - Ensure adherence to Quality Management System procedures and policies Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience: - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task - Ability to make decisions and follow through - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ERP principles - Excellent reporting and analytical skills - Technical knowledge of Ingenico products and repair processes - Effective communication and people management skills - Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles and legislation - Experience in repair/warehousing/distribution/logistics environment - Warehouse and/or Technical Service Centre management qualifications highly regarded Compliance: - Contribute to health and safety by identifying, reporting, and controlling hazards - Comply with company policies, including background checks and police clearance - Maintain information security and confidentiality in line with company policies - Report any breaches of privacy, security, or confidentiality promptly Our Values: - Our values guide our commitment to advancing commerce and shape our actions, decisions, and interactions.,
