About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Store Operations Head to lead the operations of luxury brand outlets across Bangalore (South). This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and aligning store performance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across multiple high-end store locations, ensuring seamless execution aligned with luxury brand standards.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team of sales and operations professionals.

Customer Experience: Elevate the in-store experience by implementing global best practices in service, layout, and customer engagement.

Inventory & Logistics: Optimize stock management, merchandise flow, and vendor coordination.

Compliance & SOPs: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and operational SOPs.

Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, driving initiatives to boost revenue and customer loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and finance teams to align strategies.

Who You Are:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end lifestyle brands.

Proven track record in managing multi-store operations or large-format flagship stores.

International exposure in retail operations, training, or brand collaborations is a must-have.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

Deep understanding of luxury clientele, premium service standards, and retail trends.

Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
