Manage website traffic, landing page performance, and CRM lead funnels with analytics tracking.
Drive WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns focused on nurturing and conversions.
Maintain consistency of the brand voice and positioning across platforms.
Supervise high-quality content creation — from brand films and testimonials to reels, blogs, and treatment explainers.
Collaborate on PR initiatives, awards, and media features to enhance brand authority.
Lead and mentor a team of 10+ professionals handling design, social media, influencer marketing, and execution.
Oversee team workflows, review daily marketing output, and guide campaign optimization efforts.
Set goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.

Drive organic traffic through strong SEO strategies (on-page/off-page/technical).
Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing flows using CRM tools.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Media, or Business (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
Strong understanding of digital tools – Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WhatsApp API, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, creative briefing, and execution skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness trends
Experience in handling high-net-worth client communication and luxury positioning
Working knowledge of influencer marketing, celebrity endorsements, or clinic ambassador programs
