You’ll report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. 

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and lead the

  global SaaS marketing roadmap

  for DreamzCMMS.
• Translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns.
• Define KPIs, own budgets, and report directly to executive leadership.
• Build multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Email, ABM).
• Drive MQLs and optimize conversion through effective funnel management.
• Partner with sales to align pipeline growth strategies.
• Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Create collateral: case studies, whitepapers and decks.
• Lead GTM for new feature releases and modules.
• Own digital presence, performance marketing, website content, and traffic growth.
• Elevate DreamzCMMS’s voice through social media and thought leadership.
• Manage and improve SEO rankings and inbound traffic quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Tech, and Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years in SaaS/Enterprise tech leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SaaS marketing, B2B funnels, and PLG strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong grasp on performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
