Head of Marketing

You will be the Head of Marketing responsible for leading the marketing strategy across offline and digital channels for our retail chain. Your role will involve developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, driving brand positioning, and overseeing customer engagement and market expansion. You will also be leading performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth. In terms of offline and digital marketing, you will manage retail marketing, in-store branding, events, and activations. Additionally, you will oversee digital marketing efforts such as Google, Meta, Programmatic, Email, Content, and Affiliate Marketing. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints. As the Head of Marketing, you will be tasked with building, leading, and mentoring the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation. You will also manage external agencies for effective campaign execution. Data-driven decision making will be a key aspect of your role, involving the analysis of market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize ROI. You will leverage CRM and analytics tools to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Budget and ROI management will also be part of your responsibilities, including planning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently across channels, as well as ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable business impact. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in Retail/FMCG. Strong expertise in both offline and digital marketing is required, with a focus on retail marketing, events, OOH, performance marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Experience in apparel, sports, or lifestyle retail chains is highly desirable, along with a proven track record in brand building, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills are also essential for this position.,
