Position: Brand Manager (GM / DGM Level) Key Responsibilities Lead brand strategy, marketing, and positioning across D2C, retail, and e-commerce platforms. Own end-to-end brand communication, including campaigns, influencer marketing, content, and storytelling. Define and execute go-to-market plans for new collections and seasonal product launches. Leverage data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Manage cross-functional coordination between product, sales, digital, and creative teams. Build a distinctive brand voice aligned with the aspirations of Gen Z and millennial consumers. Develop omnichannel brand experiences integrating digital, social, and experiential platforms. Stay ahead of fashion trends, cultural movements, and sustainability conversations to shape brand relevance. Must-Have Qualifications 12 TO 16 years of brand marketing experience with a strong background in D2C fashion/lifestyle brands . Demonstrated ability to build or reposition fashion brands for modern consumers. Experience in start-up or entrepreneurial environments, capable of working independently and building a team from scratch. Must be from the fashion/apparel/lifestyle industry with deep knowledge of seasonal marketing, trend alignment, and brand aesthetics. An individual contributor to start with, transitioning into a team leadership role as the brand scales. Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and content-led brand storytelling. Role: Lead - Omnichannel Marketing (Pharma) Description: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute omnichannel marketing strategies for pharmaceutical clients in the US. This role requires a strong understanding of pharma marketing, digital and traditional marketing channels, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Omnichannel Marketing Strategy & Execution: o Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, programmatic, search, and traditional channels. o Align campaign strategies with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. o Optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights and analytics. 2. Campaign Management: o Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns. o Collaborate with campaign operations, creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. 3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: o Act as the primary marketing contact for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. o Work cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to drive marketing initiatives. o Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on market trends and campaign performance data. 4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness. o Use marketing analytics tools to assess audience engagement, ROI, and conversion rates. o Continuously refine marketing approaches based on data and client feedback. 5. Compliance & Industry Alignment: o Ensure all marketing efforts comply with pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.). o Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting pharma marketing. Must Have :: o 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. o Strong background in digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and campaign execution. o Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing principles. o Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. o Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. o Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. o Certification in digital marketing, project management, or marketing automation is a plus. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred. Rich experience of having delivered consulting projects to pharma clients preferably in the US market, with proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and developing impactful analytics solutions to drive business outcomes. Desired Skills Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of analysts and consultants. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
