Marketing Lead

As a seasoned Marketing Leader with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360 marketing strategies that are in line with the organizational objectives. Your role will involve setting clear marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring alignment with the sales and leadership teams. You will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding a team of marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns, and display advertising. Additionally, you will drive social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility across various platforms. Leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, you will continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance. A key aspect of your role will involve spearheading the creation of high-quality content, ranging from blogs and whitepapers to videos and case studies. Maintaining consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels will be crucial, along with collaborating with internal and external teams to develop customer-centric content that fosters engagement. You will design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value prospects, along with optimizing lead generation programs to drive sales-ready leads. Recommending and deploying Martech tools to enhance demand generation efficiency will also fall under your purview. Planning and executing impactful events, webinars, and trade shows that deliver a strong return on investment will be part of your responsibilities. You will integrate traditional marketing tactics like print, mailers, and outdoor advertising with digital efforts to create a cohesive strategy. Your role will also involve analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to enhance return on investment. Constantly testing and refining strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue will be essential, along with owning end-to-end reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaborating closely with sales teams to develop effective messaging and tools that drive deal closures will be a key component of your role. Ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives to maximize impact will also be critical. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with creative, product, and leadership teams to align efforts and objectives. Collaborating on product messaging to ensure market differentiation in a competitive landscape will be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles focusing on multi-channel campaign execution and leadership. Proven hands-on expertise in executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and social platforms, strong data analysis skills, deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, exceptional content strategy skills, demonstrated leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. Preferred qualifications include experience in the training/education industry or a similar sector, familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and certifications in marketing tools or platforms such as Google Ads and HubSpot.,
