As the Marketing Lead, you will own the marketing roadmap, guide the team, and ensure that content, SEO, brand, and website efforts are aligned with business goals and actually move the needle.

You’ll work closely with the founders and be accountable for marketing outcomes.

• Own and drive the

  overall marketing strategy

• Set priorities across content, SEO, brand, and website
• Translate business goals into clear weekly and monthly plans
• Manage and guide the marketing team and external partners
• Review work, give direction, and raise quality standards
• Oversee content (blogs, case studies, social, emailers)
• Own SEO direction and website performance (Framer)
• Track KPIs and share regular performance updates

• 4+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency marketing
• Experience managing people or agencies
• Strong understanding of content-led growth and SEO
• Ability to think strategically and execute through others
• Comfortable working closely with founders and taking ownership

• Experience with US or global clients
• Agency or services-business background
