Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and lead brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, team management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to align goals.
• Plan and oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team.
• Identify new opportunities for branding, lead generation, and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Good understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with content strategy, performance marketing, and brand-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,923.35 - ₹38,968.41 per month
