Role Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Outbound Marketing Manager to own and optimize our outbound pipeline across cold email, freelance platforms, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is about performance, not paperwork—you’ll build and run outbound systems, track what’s working, and drive replies that actually convert.

Key Responsibilities

🔥 Build & Run Systems: Set up outreach tools (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead) and keep the backend clean—lead lists, segmentation, sequences.

📩 Write That Hits: Craft cold email copy that feels personal (no generic templates here), proposal decks, and Upwork bids that get replies.

🧠 Audit & Optimize: Weekly platform checks, performance audits, and creative testing across LinkedIn, email, and Upwork/Freelancer.

📈 Track What Matters: Maintain dashboards for open rates, replies, meetings booked, and deals closed.

🤝 Own the Funnel: Think like a closer—how do we get to the next reply, meeting, deal? Bring insights back to the team to refine our offer.

Must-Have Skills

💡 3–6 years of experience in outbound marketing or business development for a B2B service business or agency.

💡 Hands-on with tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist—or similar outreach platforms.

💡 Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, etc.—not as a freelancer, but as a bidder or sales rep for an agency.

💡 Sharp written communication skills—can write cold emails that sound human, not spammy.

💡 Execution-first mindset: you set your own daily/weekly outreach rhythm.

💡 Bonus if you’ve worked with design, marketing, or SaaS service companies before.
