Job Description

As a results-driven demand generation expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and excel at building high-performing marketing campaigns that effectively engage and convert B2B and B2G buyers. Your role will involve owning and executing demand generation strategies by designing and implementing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales. You will leverage cutting-edge marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your job as you partner closely with sales, inside sales, creative teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. You will also execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to attract and nurture high-value prospects through personalized content and engagement. Furthermore, you will expand and manage demand generation programs across various channels such as search, social media, content marketing, webinars, video, and website optimization. Your focus will also include implementing best practices to maximize marketing efficiency, ensuring smooth transition of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). In this role, you will be responsible for owning competitive research, buyer insights, and value proposition messaging to position the company as a market leader among decision-makers in B2B and B2G segments. Additionally, you will work on equipping the sales team with the right messaging, sales collateral, and lead insights to drive conversions and close deals. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing marketing automation processes, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards to track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. You will continuously optimize strategies by tracking key performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms. As a team leader, you will manage and mentor a team of 10-12 marketing professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles. Expertise in omni-channel marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, lead scoring methodologies, ABM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement strategies is essential. Strong leadership, project management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience in the training or education industry are desirable traits.
