Customer Experience Marketing

You will be working for a premium MNC client in Pune, and we are seeking candidates with over 3 years of experience in ATL/BTL Marketing, demand generation, and agency management. Your role will involve anchoring Online (Digital, social media) & Offline (On-ground/ BTL) Brand Activations for the business. You will need to adapt omnichannel customer journeys/personas to the local context, and identify key activation levers that enhance the acquisition to retention/loyalty funnel. Utilize market research studies and tests to gather information on customer behaviors, opinions, and experiences for optimizing activation plans. You will orchestrate and brief internal & external stakeholders for implementing and deploying engagement plans at region and territory levels. Focus on Omnichannel and Integrated Marketing, along with Product communication, while efficiently leveraging DCEM content assets to suit local needs. Additionally, responsibilities include Demand generation through SEO/SEA/SEM, Lead Management, CRM program, and Agency and vendor management.
