Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role focuses on organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational development.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement.


Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, ensuring goal alignment and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Learning & Development:

  • Design training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives to build future leaders within the organization.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure salary structures are aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • Develop incentive and recognition programs to boost employee motivation and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Optimize HR processes through HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 20+ years of HR experience with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Experience with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
