Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Human Resources located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and developing HR policies to support company goals. They will oversee recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, and other HR functions to foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Head of HR will act as an advisor to senior management on employee-related matters and align HR initiatives with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Strong knowledge of Labour and Employment Law
• Expertise in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and organisational development
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within the entertainment or service industry
