What you’ll touch day-to-day

  • Hiring and onboarding across trading, tech, data, research, and support teams.
  • Performance tracking and people development frameworks.
  • HRIS/payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits.
  • Office operations, vendor management, and travel admin.
  • Team communications, celebrations, and internal branding.
  • Partnering on compliance, contracts, and employee documentation.

The kind of background that helps

  • 5–10 years in HR or people operations, preferably with exposure to

    tech, trading, fintech, or startups and comes from a strong education background.

  • Comfort with fast-moving, analytical teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Comfort using modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRIS, ATS, etc.).
