About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Head to manage and strengthen our Human Resources function across PAN India operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, hiring, and employee relations, along with **leadership skills to guide and support a growing team while coordinating closely with the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary structuring, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).

* Ensure labour law compliance and maintain necessary records and audits for all company locations.

* Oversee recruitment and onboarding across departments, ensuring timely hiring as per business needs.

* Collaborate with the Sales Department to align manpower planning, incentives, and performance monitoring.

* Lead and mentor the HR team to maintain consistency in policies, employee engagement, and performance management.

* Drive employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

* Prepare and manage HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review.

* Implement HR policies, procedures, and training initiatives to support business growth and organizational culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Strong understanding of HR operations in NBFC/Financial Services or DSA environment.

* In-depth knowledge of payroll and compliance management.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.

* Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance portals.

* Ability to handle multi-location HR operations efficiently

Qualifications:

* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

* 3–7 years of experience in HR operations
