Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources based in Jaipur. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing and improving HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and guiding recruitment, training, and performance management processes. Collaboration with department heads to support organizational development and employee engagement is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, and ability to ensure compliance with regulations
• Proven ability in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with industry-specific HR needs is an added advantage
