Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational development, culture building, and workforce planning.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and critical roles.
• Design and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Drive manpower planning aligned with business expansion.

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage core HR functions including payroll, employee benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
• Implement robust HR systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency.

• Employee Engagement & Culture

• Create and execute engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Learning & Development

• Design leadership development programs, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development across all levels.

Key Requirements

✅ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

Strategic HR, Recruitment, and Operations

✅ Proven leadership in managing HR teams and driving organizational change.

✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
