Head of Demand Generation


  • Role overview:

We are looking for a full-stack demand generation leader who can architect, execute, and scale a modern multi-channel growth engine. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who loves experimenting, optimizing, and building sustainable demand motions across outbound, inbound, paid, and partner channels. This person would be comfortable working in a very early stage where many of the demand gen processes are still being built (but with a team to support the person to execute).

You will own the strategy, channel mix, budget, experimentation roadmap, and reporting, partnering closely with the CEO.

  • Key Responsibilities:


1. Build & Scale Outbound (Modern, Multi-Channel, Automated)-

Our team has begun building outbound using Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, and multiple data sources. You will guide and uplevel this engine.

  • Create and test outbound messaging frameworks across industries, personas, and intent triggers.
  • Deploy multi-domain sending strategies, warm-up programs, deliverability workflows, and inbox monitoring.
  • Launch high-intent outbound sequences powered by real-time market intelligence signals.
  • Diagnose performance to understand message–market fit; optimize reply to rates and meeting rates.


2. Own the Inbound Growth Engine-

Develop and execute a complete inbound strategy across:

  • Email marketing

    & nurture programs
  • Webinars

    , live demos, virtual events, and AMAs
  • Field dinners

    , micro-events, and roadshows
  • Influencer amplification

    & thought leadership
  • Community growth

Additional responsibilities:

  • Partner with Content/PMM to build high-value gated assets, templates, and playbooks.
  • Drive website, SEO, and AEO performance with the SEO specialist and content team.
  • Own conversion optimization across landing pages, forms, and nurture flows.


3. Lead Paid Acquisition (Efficient, Experimental, ROI-Driven)-

Plan, execute, and optimize paid programs across:

  • LinkedIn
  • Google & YouTube
  • Meta (retargeting)
  • Industry newsletters & niche sponsorships

You will:

  • Build and refine retargeting and re-engagement loops.
  • Track CAC, CPL, pipeline impact, and ROI—ensuring every dollar spent produces signals and results.


4. Growth Experiments & New GTM Plays-

Prototype and launch scalable demand plays, including:

  • Influencer pods
  • Community-led growth through Omniverse
  • Product-led growth loops (free tools, templates, mini-products)
  • Viral or unconventional experiments

You’ll test, measure, and double down on what drives pipeline—and cut what doesn’t, fast.


5. Reporting, Analytics & Revenue Accountability-

  • Build the initial demand dashboard tracking pipeline, CAC, CPL, channel ROI, and velocity.
  • Tie

    every

    activity to meetings, opportunities, and revenue—no vanity metrics.
  • Own quarterly pipeline and revenue-aligned targets with the CEO.

  • Proven early-stage GTM impact—taking demand from zero to one.
  • Predictable, high-quality meeting flow for mid-market and enterprise B2B marketers.
  • Clear visibility into which channels generate revenue—and at what cost.
  • Outbound motions that scale across domains, markets, and personas.
  • Inbound engine driving steady organic lift via SEO, community, and webinars.
  • Paid channels delivering efficient, measurable returns.
  • Experimental wins that unlock new GTM motions and net-new demand.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation

    with a strong record of building pipeline.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern outbound tools (Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, warm-up tools).
  • Deep understanding of SEO, AEO, CRO, lead scoring, and nurture automation.
  • Experience running webinars, field events, content funnels, and paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability; high proficiency with

    HubSpot CRM, CMS, and marketing automation

    .
  • Startup DNA: scrappy, fast-moving, data-driven, experimentation-oriented.
  • Bonus:

    experience marketing to marketers (PMM, Demand Gen, Content, CMOs, Growth).
