AI workspace for B2B marketers

Role:

payroll

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and audits.
Assist with any administrative needs for the company as needed

What you will bring:

1–3 years of HR experience with strong payroll knowledge (India payroll preferred).
Experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
Good understanding of HR operations and documentation, especially payroll management – including setting up and running payroll tools like Zoho, Keka or others in India.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
