Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The HR Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and oversee various HR management tasks. The individual will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the seamless functioning of HR activities, align workforce planning with organizational goals, and maintain a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Job Responsibilities

Employee Relations and Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and address grievances effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Support employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

Recruitment:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities as required.
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and HR Documentation is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills.
  • Good command over MS Excel and HR documentation.

Working Days-5

Salary Budget-3.6-4LPA

Notice Period-Immediate-15days Preferred
