About the Role

As an HR & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.

·        Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.

·        Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).

·        Support training programs, employee engagement, and performance reviews.

·        Draft, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Accounts & Finance:

·        Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.

·        Handle accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management.

·        Assist financial reporting, and MIS preparation.

·        Support audit process and ensure regulatory compliance.


Must-Have Qualifications

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)

·        Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms

Commerce/Finance/HR/Business Administration

·        1–4 years of relevant experience in HR and Accounts.

·        Exposure to financial services sector preferred.
