Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in NOIDA Sector -2 for a Human Resources Executive. The primary responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and effectively managing HR policies and practices. The executive will also be involved in implementing strategies to ensure efficient HR management and support organizational goals. Collaboration with teams, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR standards are key parts of this role.


Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Maintain job descriptions and workforce planning

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in payroll coordination and salary administration
  • Manage employee benefits (insurance, leave, bonuses, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee compensation records

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal and review processes
  • Track KPIs, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • Assist managers with goal-setting and evaluation frameworks

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audits

6. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain HRIS and employee personnel files
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Generate HR metrics and MIS reports

7. Exit & Separation Management

  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Process resignations and terminations
  • Analyze attrition trends and provide insights
