The ideal candidate will handle complete accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory adherence. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee *entire accounting functions* including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll entries, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and finalize *monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements* as per statutory norms. * Handle *cost accounting* and *product costing* specific to chemical manufacturing. * Manage *GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory audits*. * Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance and reporting. * Prepare and monitor *budgeting, MIS reports, and financial analysis* to support management decisions. * Oversee *inventory valuation, stock audits, and fixed asset management*. * Manage *cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements*. * Ensure timely *vendor payments and receivable collections*. * Lead and mentor the accounts team for daily operations and process improvement.
