What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and audits.
• Assist with any administrative needs for the company as needed

What you will bring:

• 13 years of HR experience with strong payroll knowledge (India payroll preferred).
• Experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Good understanding of HR operations and documentation, especially payroll management including setting up and running payroll tools like Zoho, Keka or others in India.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
