Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support long-term growth.
Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and corporate governance.
Manage cash flow, fundraising, capital allocation, and relationships with banks, investors, and shareholders.
Advise the CEO and leadership team on revenue optimization, cost control, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
Drive strategic partnerships, including financial due diligence and integration.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams, ensuring succession planning and talent development.
Ensure effective financial systems, internal controls, and enterprise-wide risk management.
Define key financial and operational metrics (KPIs) and monitor performance against targets.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and applicable regulations.
Implement financial technology and digital processes to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
GST, taxation, and compliance with other regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies.
Treasury and currency exchange management experience.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
Arranging facilities under consortium banking.
Primarily our target candidates are the ones who are already working as finance head or second level in a company with around 250–350 Cr annual turnover, preferably from infra, engineering, or manufacturing background. Please review below JD and share suitable profiles.
