Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical verticals. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet current and future staffing needs. Source candidates using various channels, including head-hunting, job portals, social media, and employee referrals . Oversee interview scheduling, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes . Work closely with department heads to define job descriptions, recruitment budgets, and workforce planning . Ensure adherence to internal background verification (BGV) processes. Track and optimize recruitment KPIs using ATS and recruitment analytics . Improve candidate experience and enhance employer branding. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role. Proven ability to hire for both IT (technical) and non-IT (non-technical) positions. Strong knowledge of ATS systems , hiring metrics, and recruitment tools . Excellent communication , negotiation , and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership . Experience with headhunting , sourcing strategies , and background verification (BGV) processes. Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice.
