About the Role

Senwell Group, a leading organization in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Precision Components, and Machining, is looking for a highly experienced Finance & Accounts Head. This is a strategic leadership role where the candidate will act as the financial backbone of management and play a key role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term financial stability.

Experience Required

• 15 to 20 Years of proven experience in Finance & Accounts
• Relevant industry experience in Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Precision Components, or Machining shop

Key Responsibilities

• Fund management and effective cost control strategies
• Financial analytics, MIS reporting and insights for management decisions
• Drive profitability and strategic financial planning for sustainable growth
• Income Tax management, compliance and saving strategies
• Salary cost analysis, payroll review and budget management
• Loan arrangements, banking relations and joint venture process coordination
• Develop internal financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Strong coordination with all departments to align with company sales and business targets
• Preparation of financial forecasts, risk analysis and cash flow management
• Act as a strategic partner and financial advisor to top management

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Team handling, mentoring and people management ability
• Strong knowledge of ERP/Accounting software, MS Excel, MIS and reporting tools

Preferred

• Candidates staying within 10 km of company location (Kesnand / Kharadi, Pune)
• Candidates with exposure to international business transactions, exports/imports, and foreign currency management will be given preference
