Position Overview:

Account Executive

Accounts and Finance within a manufacturing setup

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all

  day-to-day accounting operations

  (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger).
• Prepare and finalize

  monthly and yearly financial statements

  in compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle

  GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliances

  .
• Ensure accurate and timely

  vendor payments

  and maintain reconciliation records.
• Support the finance team in

  budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

  .
• Coordinate with

  auditors

  for internal and statutory audits.
• Manage

  invoice preparation, purchase bills, expense vouchers, and credit/debit notes

  .
• Prepare

  MIS reports

  and assist management with financial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth accounting and documentation flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data and transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally ERP / Accounting Software

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  manufacturing accounting processes

  and compliance requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of

  GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings

  .
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and MS Office tools

  .
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

  , specifically in a

  manufacturing industry

  (mandatory).
