Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Financial record-keeping:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.

  • Invoice and payment processing:

    Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing vendor invoices, customer payments, and expense reports.

  • Bank and account reconciliation:

    Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Data entry and filing:

    Perform data entry, update databases, and maintain organized financial files, both digital and physical.

  • Petty Cash Handle
