Oversee provisioning, maintenance, and upgrades of desktops, laptops, mobiles, and other end-user devices. Provide support to ensure seamless and secure user experiences. Adopt and oversee ITSM frameworks (e., ITIL) to streamline incident, problem, change, and request management processes. Ensure service delivery meets organizational requirements and standards. IT Governance, Policies, And Standards Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks aligning with business objectives. Develop, implement, and audit IT policies and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Ensure all software usage complies with licensing agreements. Manage and audit software licenses to prevent non-compliance. Coordinate security standards compliance (ISO, SOC, etc. Develop cybersecurity policies and procedures.
