Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate Food & Beverage at Holiday Inn Express. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
