Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and ingredients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for calculating change or discounts.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly between tables, and work in a fast-paced environment.
