Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in hospitality services.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and pricing.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in work.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
