Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive / Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Supervise and train front desk staff to achieve high levels of customer service excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
