🚀 Role Overview

GTM Engineer

You’ll collaborate closely with RevOps and work across the full GTM funnel - Sales, Marketing and Customer Success - to remove friction, increase visibility, and improve conversion at every stage. You’ll bring AI into the heart of GTM execution — leveraging LLMs, intelligent agents, and prompt-based automations to augment reps, accelerate workflows, and reduce repetitive tasks.

🛠️ Responsibilities

First 6 Months – Build & Deliver

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for SDR and Marketing teams, with an initial focus on lead research, qualification, list building, data analysis, and CRM hygiene
• Evaluate, test, and integrate emerging AI tools into the GTM stack
• Build and iterate on no-code/low-code automations using tools like n8n, Clay, Zapier, and Retool
• Extend automation coverage to AE and CSM workflows to reduce manual overhead
• Pilot solutions quickly, gather feedback, and demonstrate measurable impact
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, including the data model, flow orchestration and configuration updates
  

6–12 Months – Scale & Strategize

• Deliver internal enablement and training to promote AI fluency across GTM teams
• Implement tracking systems to measure automation performance and ROI, with continuous improvement loops
• Collaborate with RevOps and leadership to shape and deliver Orah’s AI roadmap
• Design and implement foundational data infrastructure to support our AI strategy
• Lead initiatives to connect internal systems via APIs and shared data layers
• Explore and contribute to advanced use cases such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embedded AI agents, and cross-platform automation

✅ Required Skills

• Be a creative problem solver with an experimental, self-starting attitude.
• 1–2 years in automation, AI implementation, RevOps, or equivalent experience in tech-forward teams
• Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and automation platforms (n8n, Clay, Zapier, Make, Retool)
• Basic Python or JavaScript skills — ability to modify or debug logic when needed; the ability to "vibe-code" is welcomed.
• A strong understanding of go-to-market workflows
• Comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
• Commercial awareness and the ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders
• Have the ability to clearly document processes, logic, and system interactions for others to follow.
• Have passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve real business problems

Preferred Skills but Not Required

• Experience with LLMs, agent architectures, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Admin experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and other GTM tools (ie. Intercom, Polytomic, Maxio, Vitally, Segment, Mixpanel, PandaDoc).
• Proficiency in data warehousing, SQL, and Retool for developing tailored interfaces and applications.
