About The Role Harness is hiring a Workplace Design + Experience Coordinator to support workplace experience initiatives in its Bengaluru office. The role will assist in planning and coordinating in-person and virtual events, workplace operations, and food & beverage programs, while ensuring smooth implementation of our global Workplace Design + Experience framework. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate Workplace Design + Experience events, ensuring alignment with the global framework. Partner with vendors on event forecasting, coordination, venue selection, food menus, and décor planning for office and external events.
