Salesforce Admin and CPQ Specialist

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Harness, you play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and releasing technical solutions that drive revenue growth for go-to-market partners. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce CPQ and Sales cloud, optimizing processes across the revenue lifecycle funnel. You collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, participate in technical architecture discussions, and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow. Your responsibilities also include leading efforts to enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quoting processes, troubleshooting system issues, and staying updated on Salesforce features to meet future promotional needs. Additionally, you mentor junior team members and contribute to the culture of the Business Systems team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements - Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives - Implement solutions through development in Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow - Lead efforts to enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quoting processes - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations - Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent - Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I or II - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and data governance best practices - Hands-on configuration experience with the Salesforce Platform - Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements related to quoting, order processing, products, pricing rules, and contract management - Participation in at least one full implementation of Salesforce/Steelbrick CPQ - Experience across the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and deployment best practices - Ability to generate technical documentation for enterprise Salesforce implementations - Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and best practices - Experience providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior administrators - Efficient in an Agile environment leveraging tools like JIRA, Asana - Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours,
