Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GTM Engineer, located in Lucknow. The GTM Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing go-to-market strategies, utilizing data to drive decision-making, and streamlining sales processes to ensure predictability and efficiency. Daily tasks include designing scalable revenue generation systems, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and continuously optimizing pipeline creation efforts. The role requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of revenue engineering.

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and experience with data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable go-to-market strategies
• Experience in sales process optimization and sales team collaboration
• Familiarity with revenue generation technologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the software development industry is a plus
