Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the

  Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

  and align growth strategies with organizational goals.
• Drive

  new customer acquisition

  across targeted segments.

• Maximize revenue

  through strategic deal structuring, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Consistently

  meet and exceed acquisition and revenue quotas

  .
• Lead

  prospecting efforts

  , including lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
• Own and manage the

  end-to-end sales pipeline

  , ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely closures.
• Act as

  Evera’s brand ambassador

  , strengthening brand presence in the market.
• Drive

  client testimonials, case studies, and media visibility

  to enhance brand credibility.
• Work in

  close coordination with Operations and Delivery teams

  to ensure seamless onboarding and execution for clients.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented engagement.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine growth strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close high-value and long-term contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong pipeline and CRM management capabilities
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and Leadership
• Brand-building and client relationship orientation

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Revenue Growth roles
• Experience in mobility, EV, logistics, B2B services, or high-growth startups is a plus
