This is a hands-on role for a growth leader who has driven measurable business outcomes for AI or SaaS products in the U.S. or North American market . 💡 What You’ll Do Own and execute the end-to-end growth engine — from customer acquisition to retention. Design and manage sales funnels to drive qualified leads and maximize conversion. Build, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels. Lead Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation for new AI products, features, or markets. Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Syncloop.ai. Analyze campaign performance, optimize CAC and LTV, and present data-backed growth insights. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing experiments with product vision. ⚙️ What You Bring 9 –15 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation for AI, SaaS, or Tech startups . Proven experience in scaling U.S. or North American market campaigns. Strong understanding of GTM, PMF discovery, and customer acquisition funnels. Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, content, paid social, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Zapier, etc.). Analytical mindset — you measure, test, and optimize everything. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate technical AI products into business impact.
