We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer Lead

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end 

  design, development, and deployment

   of enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications.
• Architect 

  scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems

   using 

  Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, and DevOps — to deliver quality solutions.

• Mentor

   and guide junior developers; ensure adherence to coding best practices and clean architecture.
• Oversee 

  CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing

   to ensure smooth releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, 

  optimize system performance

  , and manage release cycles.
• Contribute to 

  technical strategy and architecture decisions

   for long-term scalability.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in 

  Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security

  .
• Experience with 

  Hibernate/JPA

  , 

  SQL/NoSQL

   (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of 

  RESTful APIs

  , JSON/XML (GraphQL is a plus).
• Exposure to 

  DevOps tools

   – Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Knowledge of 

  Microservices architecture

  , distributed systems, and cloud-native design.
• Proficiency with 

  Design Patterns

  , Unit Testing (JUnit/TestNG), and Agile/Scrum practices.
