Position Overview
The IT Business Development Manager (US Market) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, Maintain existing clients and building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth from U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S. IT market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry research.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor daily requirements and assign to Jobs to the recruitment team
• Check the quality of submissions before deliver to clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Development or US IT Staffing/Sales.
• Strong understanding of IT services, staffing models, and technology domains.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the U.S. market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of U.S. clients, vendors, or MSP contacts.
