Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to transform user requirements into visually compelling and functional designs. Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand target audiences and gather insights for improving user experience. Wireframes & Prototypes: Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts. UI Design: Create visually appealing, consistent, and responsive UI designs aligned with brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented effectively. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify pain points and refine designs based on feedback. Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Trends & Tools: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or technology-based products. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and problem-solving abilities. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
