We have the case studies, we have the team, and we have the creative edge. Now, we need you to help us tell the world. The Role We are looking for a Growth Specialist who loves the "hunt." You won’t just be waiting for inbound leads; you will actively identify brands that need our help and open doors that are currently closed. You will work directly with the Founder to build our sales pipeline from scratch. What You Will Do 1. Market Intelligence & Sniper Targeting Identify high-potential industries (e.g., D2C, FinTech, Apps, Astrology, Gaming) that are currently scaling but suffering from "creative fatigue." Use tools like Facebook Ad Library to identify brands running stale ads who desperately need our AI & Performance creative solutions. 2. Cold Outreach & Prospecting Own the LinkedIn outbound strategy . You will craft personalized, high-conversion messages—no copy-paste spam. Reach out to Founders, CMOs, and Brand Heads in both India and International markets (US/UK/Dubai). 3. The "Agency Partner" Strategy Identify and pitch other agencies (Media Buying, SEO, Web Dev) that don't have creative teams. Establish "White Label" partnerships where YCS becomes their back-end creative production arm. 4. Pipeline Management Qualify leads via email and DM before setting up discovery calls for the Founder. Maintain a clean CRM (HubSpot/Notion/Excel) to track open conversations and follow-ups. 5. Smart Networking Engage with content in target niches to build visibility for the agency. Spot opportunities for strategic tie-ups with influencers or platforms. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, track KPIs, and inform decision-making Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Experience in growth hacking and a strong understanding of innovative strategies to drive business growth Proven skills in sales, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving targets Relevant experience in marketing, business development, or a related field is an asset
