We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving user acquisition, improving brand presence, and increasing revenue through targeted marketing initiatives.
About this position
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design, and Development to drive measurable business outcomes.
What are you going to do?
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive high-quality B2B leads for IT services.
Create and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (PPC, SEM, LinkedIn, email, display, etc.).
Optimize the company’s online presence, including website, blog, and landing pages to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
Run and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
Design and execute inbound marketing funnels (content marketing, lead magnets, nurturing flows).
Own marketing analytics – track KPIs, report on performance, and derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with content writers and designers to craft compelling content and campaigns tailored to the tech audience.
Scale outbound demand-generation efforts through targeted paid campaigns, email outreach, and remarketing.
Explore partnerships, collaborations, and growth hacks that align with company goals.
Manage marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.
Identify trends, data insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
You need to have:
5+ years of proven experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B tech/IT services environment.
Strong understanding of the IT services ecosystem and B2B buyer journey.
Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
Demonstrated experience in generating MQLs and driving pipeline growth.
Excellent grasp of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and A/B testing.
Ability to use data and analytics to make strategic decisions.
Hands-on with content marketing and website optimization (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
Experience marketing SaaS or technology consulting services.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.
Understanding of technical concepts like cloud, APIs, or mobile development is a bonus.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
