Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute the

  full-funnel growth marketing strategy

  for product-led and sales-led growth
• Own

  campaign calendar

  aligned to product releases, GTM priorities, and verticals (SaaS, Banking, Insurance)

Acquisition & Demand Generation

• Launch and optimize

  paid acquisition campaigns

  (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.)
• Develop

  account-based marketing (ABM)

  campaigns targeting ICPs across mid-market and enterprise
• Manage

  email marketing

  , outbound nurture, and in-product messaging flows

Product & Brand Marketing

• Help refine

  positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation

• Enable Sales with

  battlecards, case studies, one-pagers

• Partner with Product and Design for

  website refreshes and product launches

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in growth/demand marketing, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise tech company
• Strong understanding of RevOps, CRM tools, and GTM workflows
• Proficiency with marketing stack: HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar
• Demonstrated success with pipeline contribution and performance marketing
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
