Our AI-first tools empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to drive predictable growth, forecast accurately, and unify GTM execution through contextual, real-time insights. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Science Lead who will work closely with our engineering and product teams to build and integrate GenAI capabilities and AI agents into our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, model deployment, and data-driven architecture to help us power real-time intelligence for revenue teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of ML models and GenAI agents. Work on end-to-end model lifecycle — from data preprocessing, experimentation, and training to evaluation and deployment Collaborate with the backend and frontend developers to integrate ML/AI models into production Drive research on LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering for tailored insights and automation Build scalable, explainable, and performance-optimized AI systems for real-time user-facing recommendations Maintain model versioning, pipelines, and monitoring systems using MLOps practices Required Skills & Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech or relevant degree in Computer Science/Data Science/AI or related fields 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and GenAI Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc. Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain), embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS) Show more Show less
