Lead - Data Science

You will be joining Crenovent Technologies, a product-based SaaS-AI startup that focuses on developing innovative revenue operations platforms like RevAI Pro and RevOp Max. These AI-first tools are designed to empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to drive growth, ensure accurate forecasting, and streamline GTM execution with real-time insights. As a Data Science Lead at Crenovent Technologies, your role will involve collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams to incorporate GenAI capabilities and AI agents into our SaaS applications. Your expertise in machine learning, LLMs, model deployment, and data-driven architecture will be instrumental in providing real-time intelligence to revenue teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of ML models and GenAI agents. - Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, including data preprocessing, experimentation, training, evaluation, and deployment. - Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to seamlessly integrate ML/AI models into production. - Conduct research on LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering to deliver customized insights and automation. - Develop scalable, explainable, and performance-optimized AI systems for user-facing recommendations in real-time. - Maintain model versioning, pipelines, and monitoring systems using MLOps practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. - 4+ years of practical experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and GenAI. - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc. - Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI and HuggingFace, embeddings, and vector databases like Pinecone/FAISS.,
