As a Human Resources (HR) intern at V-Mart, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, English proficiency (spoken), video making, Canva, presentation skills, and analytical thinking will be essential in supporting our HR team. Coordinate Employee training and development programs, including creating presentations and training materials. Support Capability initiatives such as assigning Training on LXP, Organizing Learning contest-Gamefied & organizing Reward & recognition Collaborate with team members to analyze HR data and metrics for reporting and decision-making purposes. Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Create engaging video content for internal communications and training purposes. Utilize Canva to design visually appealing materials for HR campaigns and initiatives. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the field of HR and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
